1. General
The website visato.co.il (the "Site") is operated by Jinelix Ltd. (ג׳ינליקס בע״מ) (the "Company"), a private company registered in Israel. The Site provides e-Visa application assistance services for selected travel destinations and serves as a technical intermediary between the user and the relevant governmental authorities. Use of the Site is subject to the terms set forth below.
By accessing the Site and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the Site.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Company. Please read them carefully.
2. Definitions
- "Company" – Jinelix Ltd. (ג׳ינליקס בע״מ), the operator of visato.co.il.
- "User" / "Client" / "you" – any individual or entity who accesses the Site and/or uses its services.
- "Service" – the e-Visa application assistance service provided through the Site.
- "Approving Authority" – the governmental authority of the destination country responsible for approving or rejecting visa applications.
- "Documents" – any document uploaded by the User to the Site for the purpose of completing the application.
- "Agreement" – these Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other terms accepted by the User.
3. Description of Service
The Company offers assistance in preparing and submitting e-Visa applications for specific destinations listed on the Site from time to time. The Company is not a governmental body, a public authority, or a diplomatic representative of any country. By using the Service, you are not obtaining legal advice or immigration advice from the Company.
The Service includes:
- Collecting personal details and documents from the User.
- Reviewing the completeness of the application prior to submission.
- Submitting the application to the relevant Approving Authority.
- Tracking the application status and notifying the User of its outcome.
The Company bears no responsibility for the decisions of the Approving Authority and makes no guarantee of approval.
4. Supported Destinations
The Company provides services for a defined list of destinations displayed on the Site. This list may change at any time without prior notice. The inclusion of a destination on the Site does not constitute a commitment to continue offering that service in the future.
5. User Accounts
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@visato.co.il. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for ensuring that your email service does not block correspondence from the Company (including delivery of your visa documents). Please add our domain to your trusted senders list and check your spam folder regularly.
6. User Responsibilities
The User undertakes to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out the application.
- Upload valid, legible, and unexpired documents.
- Verify that they meet all eligibility requirements set by the destination country.
- Refrain from using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Notify the Company of any changes to the submitted information before the application is filed.
- Immediately verify the accuracy of any travel document delivered by the Company and notify us of any discrepancy before departure.
Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of the application and/or legal proceedings. The Company shall not be liable for any damage arising from inaccurate information provided by the User. If you fail to verify a discrepancy in your documents before travelling, you bear full responsibility for any consequences.
7. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using or attempting to use the Service for:
- Any unlawful, unauthorised, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
- Uploading content that infringes any intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights.
- Transmitting viruses, malware, spyware, or any other harmful code.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access to the Site without authorisation.
- Interfering with the security or integrity of the Site or its servers.
- Any purpose other than legitimate personal e-Visa applications.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any User who violates these prohibitions.
8. Payment
Payment for the Service is collected in full at the time of placing the order. The Site accepts payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
The price displayed on the Site covers the Company's service fee only. Government fees may be charged separately and directly by the Approving Authority; such fees are not included in the Company's service fee and are not refundable by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to update its pricing at any time. The price applicable to a given order is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Rejection of the application by the Approving Authority.
- Cancellation of travel plans for any reason.
- Changes in the User's personal circumstances.
- Errors in application details provided by the User.
Government fees paid to the Approving Authority are outside the Company's control; any refund requests for such fees must be directed to the relevant authority. Please see our full Cancellation & Refund Policy for further details.
10. Electronic Communications
By using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from the Company, including by email. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time; however, transactional communications (such as order confirmations and visa status updates) will continue to be sent regardless.
11. No Liability for Outcomes
The Company acts solely as a technical service provider and intermediary. It bears no responsibility whatsoever for the outcome of any visa application, including rejection, delay, cancellation, or any other decision made by the Approving Authority.
The Company does not provide immigration legal advice. Users are encouraged to consult a qualified immigration lawyer before submitting an application.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Service, including loss of income, travel costs, or any other expenses.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) inaccurate or misleading information you provided; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to design, text, logos, graphics, user interface, and source code, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.
No content from the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
14. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to external websites, including official government portals. The Company has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party websites. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by the Company.
15. Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if it reasonably believes you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or for any other legitimate business reason. The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such suspension or termination.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and the Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.
18. Assignment
The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company's prior written consent.
19. Time Limitation on Claims
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim, or it shall be forever barred. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Israeli law.
20. Amendments to Terms
The Company may update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be published on the Site and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district, Israel.
