2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We may collect the following information when you use the Service:

  • Travel document details: passport number, issue and expiry dates, place of issue, passport photograph.
  • Contact information: email address, phone number, residential address.
  • Travel details: destination, intended dates of travel, purpose of travel.
  • Payment information: transmitted directly to our payment processors and not stored on Company servers.
  • Documents: scanned copies of passports, photographs, and any other documents required to complete the visa application.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Site, we may automatically collect:

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, session duration, referring URLs, clickstream data, error logs.
  • Cookies and tracking technologies: see Section 5 below.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

If you access the Site through a third-party authentication service (such as Google or Facebook), we may receive certain profile information from that service, such as your name and email address.   • Technical service providers (e.g. cloud hosting via Shopify) – who process data on our behalf under binding data processing agreements.
  • Analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics) – on an anonymised/aggregated basis.
  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities – only upon a lawful and authorised request.
  • Business transfer – in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, your information may be disclosed to the acquiring entity, subject to the same protections as described in this Policy.


8. Cross-Border Data Transfers

The Site is hosted on Shopify, whose servers may be located outside Israel (including in the United States and the European Union). By using the Service, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as Israel. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including contractual protections with our service providers.

Application documents may be retained for a shorter period once the application has been concluded. After the applicable retention period, data will be securely deleted.

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the following rights:

  1. Right of access – to receive a copy of the personal information held about you.
  2. Right to rectification – to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

  4. Right to object – to object to certain uses of your personal information.
  5. Right to opt out of marketing – you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any such email. Transactional communications will continue regardless.
